Penyusuan Susu Ibu ~ Galakan dari Al-Quran


Islam menggalakkan supaya setiap bayi diberikan susu ibu sejak bayi dilahirkan lagi.

Allah menjelaskan dalam surah al-Baqarah ayat 233 yang bermaksud;

"Dan ibu-ibu hendaklah menyusukan anak-anak mereka selama dua tahun genap, iaitu bagi mereka yang hendak menyempurnakan penyusuan itu."

Banyak kajian membuktikan kelebihan susu ibu berbanding susu sintetik/ susu buatan daripada susu lembu.

Walaupun kajian demi kajian dilakukan untuk menyamakan khasiat dengan susu ibu sendiri, tetapi susu sintetik masih belum dapat menandingi kehebatan dan manfaat yang terdapat dalam susu ibu.

Susu ibu adalah makanan yang terbaik bagi pembesaran bayi semenjak dilahirkan lagi. Begitu agungnya Allah, sebaik bayi dilahirkan, proses pengeluaran susu ibu juga bermula.

SubhanAllah, susu ibu mengandungi khasiat yang tepat mengikut perkembangan bayi. Sebaik sahaja bayi dilahirkan, susu pertama berwarna kekuningan, ia dikenali sebagai Kolostrum dan mengandungi tiga kali lebih khasiat dan antibodi serta sel darah putih yang tinggi.

Kolostrum mampu melawan penyakit dan amatlah rugi bagi ibu-ibu yang tidak menyusukan anak-anak mereka di awal waktu kelahiran.

Susu ibu bersih dan bebas daripada bakteria, tambahan pula susu ibu mengandungi DHA dan AA (yang seperti kita biasa dengar dalam iklan tin-tin susu). Kandungan DHA dan AA dalam susu ibu adalah yang terbaik berbanding susu buatan.
